A registration confirmation was sent by email for each registration. This registration confirmation contains a link. You can use this link to edit your data - e.g. first name, last name, date of birth, club, team, gender / ranking class - until the online registration is closed.

The confirmation email will be sent immediately after the online registration, please wait at least 10 minutes. If no email has arrived, please check whether your registration appears in the participants list. If it does not appear, you probably did not complete the registration in the last step. If your registration appears, please check your spam folder. If you have made a mistake when entering the email address or accidentally deleted the email, please contact us.

Using direct debit as payment method, the fees are charged at a fixed date. The date has been displayed as you registered and you had to confirm it.

Registration by email or by post is not possible. Please use the online registration or, if available, the late registration on site.

If your result does not appear or there is an mistake, please contact us immediately.

For a change of e.g. first name, last name, date of birth, association, team or gender / ranking class, please contact us.

The certificates are usually unlocked two working days after the event in the evening. You can download your certificate by selecting "details" next to your result. There you will find a button for downloading the certificate.
